JOB DESCRIPTION: Payroll and Office Administration

Temporary Position

Working hours: 9am to 5pm

Work Days: Monday – Friday

Key Skills Required:

  • Previous Payroll experience in essential
  • High level of computer literacy is essential
  • Must be able to demonstrate a capability for successful project management
  • Must be able to demonstrate an ability to implement process improvements in the area of Payroll processing & reporting
  • IPAAS qualification and Micropay experience would be a distinct advantage

JOB DESCRIPTION: Part time Bookkeeper

Working hours: 20 hours per week

Must have previous experience

Knowledge of QuickBooks an advantage

Duties will include:

  • Inputting supplier invoices and credit notes, reconciling supplier statements and accounts
  • Inputting invoices, reconciling account on weekly basis
  • Credit card/Visa Debit receipts analysing, posting to QB
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Invoicing and AR’s
